Download either Superantispyware or Malwarebytes. In my opinion these go hand and hand with each other because what one misses the other picks up. If you are using Internet Explorer I recommend using Mozilla Firefox because there is a less chance of malware targeting this browser, although it is still possible. If you have problems downloading or installing the malware removal tools please send an email to me and I will give you a step by step advice to fix this. Malware tends to block the download and installation of anti-virus and anti-spyware programs and websites. I recommend scanning in safe mode because a lot of times safe mode disables malware but this is not totally accurate. You can access safe mode by tapping F8 when your computer restarts, make sure to go into safe mode with networking to update the malware removal tools. I also recommend turning off system restore because users can restore their PC back to an infected state. You can do this by right clicking my computer, select properties, select system restore, and select turn off system restore. Update and do a quick scan with Malwarebytes and a full scan with Superantispyare to get rid of any malware that is installed on your PC. I recommend doing a scan with only one of these tools at a time because there may be complications. Once the removal process is finished restart your computer and turn system restore back on. Run Ccleaner and delete temporary files and invalid registry entries. If you have any questions email me at dejay19826@yahoo.com
  4. Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, update it and run a full scan. Remove everything it finds. http://www.malwarebytes.org/ If you are still having problems with your computer, I recommend that ypu go to bleepingcomputer.com in order to remove all traces of malware in your computer. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/
  5. go to c/net freedownload.com and download superantispyware, Threat Fire, spybot Search & Destroy. these three can work at a time and are able to remove spyware,viruses,malwares.etc.
  6. in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware, and what they find you delete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry. what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program. even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid. dont forget when you install this software to update them, and do an update every day then restore untill before you get infected. m
  7. If your computer has been accessing the Internet unprotected it is infected. Spyware has surpassed viruses as the #1 threat to identity theft and without protection your Internet activities are never private. To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more. There are top 10 the best and latest anti-spywares in 2008. the reviews link: <--http://toptenantispywareviews.com/ All are safe and can be trusted and you can download one.
  8. Aha! Looks like it's one of those ones where you have to get into the Device Manager and delete something before you can get rid of it. Try this: http://www.myantispyware.com/2008/11/30/how-to-remove-spywareispynow-fake-security-center-alert/ The only thing I will tell you differently to what they have said is that if you can't install Malwarebytes, rename the program to something like mal.exe and try again. Some viruses are now stopping installation of Malwarebytes and other security software.
