how to remove spyware & trojan from my computer for free?

my computer says i have a security problem then i found trojan & spyware. how can i remove this? is there an online version cause it takes a while to download?

14. I take a computer repair class. I would have to say use a program called combofix. Its free. It takes about 20 mins to do what it needs to do. It will restart you're computer and do all the things by it self. It will tell you that it is deleting files. Dont worry about that. It says that when we use it in my class. Best of luck with this problem.
15. go to google then type '' download spyware doctor" then when u have scan it then click on fix checks and ur spyware is removed:)

17. Go to downloads.com and get avg8.0,adware,spy-bot all 3 of these 3 will help you get rid of the problem. these are all free for one year. they also keep you updated. Follow all steps it tells you.
18. wow, so many people get this problem. i have to keep posting this :P go to control panel>user accounts and safety>add or remove user accounts>create a new account> new account name> *administrator* > create account> do NOT worry, this will not ruin all your files on your computer. once again click on control panel> add or remove user accounts>*continue*> click on your username> delete the account>*keep files*> delete the account now, all of your computer files, saved games, etc. will be transfered to the new username, AND the virus will not be there anymore :D (i know this works i have done it on 3 computers already)
