SUPERAntiSpyware is a very good free download because it gets all the difficult bad stuff, not just the easy problems that most other programs get. Malwarebytes' Anti Malware free download has a terrific little scanner. You can (and should) click "Delete All" and your work is finished, right then and there. I usually shut down the computer for about three minutes after I select "Delete All" and then boot up again.
