how can i get rid of the bankfraud trojan? my spyware scanner doesnt remove it permanently.?

- If you are running Windows XP then try system restore. Visit this link for detailed explanation about how to use System Restore. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/systemrestore.mspx If that doesn't help then contact a computer professional.
- It is probably in your registry. Some spyware scanners have an online site where you can get info on how to erase them and exactly where they are located in the registry. There is a run command that must be entered to get to the registry and I cannot think of it right now (Sorry) but unless you are 100% certain of what you are doing, you should not mess with the registry. If you delete one wrong file, your computer could crash and you would have to get the whole hard drive redone.
- You could also try some other spyware software... Microsoft have a free spyware program that is very good... Its called Windows Defender Beta 2, bear in mnid though that you have to have a valid copy of Windows in order to use it. Its for Windows XP and 2000...
