Need a free Trojan Remover? Last night, I was downloading something and it contained a Trojan, per Windows Defender 2010, but I couldn't remove it because it blocked all my anti-virus programs (Avira, Ad-Aware Pro, Windows Defender, Spyware Doctor). According to Windows Defender, the Trojan was a "Screen.grab.j.exe.". I got too tired to continue try to rid it so i shut down my computer. Today, when I turned my computer on, it wouldn't load my main desktop screen (all it showed was a black screen). I restarted the computer in safe mode and had the same results. I decided to do a system restore and everything is back to normal but, i'm not convince that a Trojan would just disappear from something such a simple task. Is there any FREE Trojan/Spyware removers i could use? The ones i have seem unreliable at this moment

trojan/malware- unable to install any antivirus or spyware remover? If I run IE (to check my yahoo mail b.c. I have beta), I get pop ups. If I run Mozilla Firefox, the trojan/virus/malware kicks me off the net and closes the browser. I am unable to install superAntiSpyare or Ad Aware 2008. I have windows xp with service pack 2. I downloaded something that may be Trojan spyware or virus? I was looking for a new todder bed yesterday and clicked a link to what I thought was an online store. All these windows starting popping up saying "initiating download", and my computer downloaded them. There was no "cancel" button and the "X" close button was gray and wouldn't let me close these windows. Now I have windows popping up every 3 minutes or so telling me "Somebody's trying to attack your PC! Also, my homepage keeps being set to this same page whenever I restart my computer. I have Norton and got an alert that Trojan-something was attempting to access my computer and was blocked. I tried to delete all the files and stuff for that time period....(more coming in a few minutes) I deleted almost 100 files and apps, but like 10 won't let me because they are being used, but nothing is in the task manager. I don't go to porn sites or anything like that but a friend of mine started messing with the computer and since then it's been messed up. Trojan got all my saved passwords? I had a Trojan on my pc and I ran malwarebytes which found it and got rid of it (had a similar problem last week but thought it was gone) and then my pw to yahoo email didn't work. Eventually it did but I changed it and then thought that that was probably pointless anyway if there was a keylogger or another spyware thing or whatever. I went into tools/options/security/saved passwords and there was a list of all my saved passwords - not even encrypted or anything! I copied and pasted them and printed them out and then deleted them all but I don't want to go to each individual site and change them all individually until I'm sure the trojan/spyware is gone. When I look for forums/questions that answer how to remove trojans they all have names like spyware-remover or trojan-remover which makes me think that these sites are just set up to trick people into downloading these tools but they might just really download more trojans and I don't know how to tell the real ones from the fake ones! I was looking for an unbiased site that answered those questions but can't seem to find any. Malwarebytes picked it up the first time but some of the other antivirus on the system just ran the scan in about 10 minutes (it usually takes over an hour) so I didn't trust the 'all clear' as it might be just being ran by the trojan and not actually be giving me the correct information? My computer has come under trojan and spyware attack and attempts to stop it have failed can you help? It happened while I was online I went to a fairly safe website until my computer froze up. The next thing I knows a box pops up saying windows needs to shut down the program, then I knew I had either a virus or spyware. Windows XP desktop with Trojan. W32.Looksky virus and spyware...help!? A friend of mine has a HP Desktop w/Windows XP 7 it has the Trojan.W32.Looksky virus. W/the virus there r tons of pop-ups from something called safewebnavigator which when it loads brings up all sorts of PC cleaner websites on IE. Also, her back ground changed to one of the links products (like their logo) & we're unable to change it to NEthing. How else can Win32/nuqel.E trojan be removed...Very frustrated!? Have Win32/nuqel.E trojan. Cannot use IE to get online. HELP! SPYWARE INFECTION!? Help me, please! My PC's got numerous spyware/trojan horse viruses, and I need to fix it. My computer's slow, and I get twenty different pop-up windows about "being infected" and about downloading suspicious "spyware removers." Can anybody help me? spynomore ripped me off! Don't use this spyware remover software!? I had a trojan adware.w32.expdwnldr virus on my computer. Its a hoax and they just try to get you to purchase their software to get money. I looked on yahoo answers and it mentioned this program, and that it would remove it. Also on the spynomore web site it specifically points this virus out and says it will get rid of it. So i was definetly convinced this program would do the job. I purchased it for $30 and ran it. I ran several scans and removed whatever viruses it brought up. I restarted my computer several times. The virus still remained on the computer. I ended up downloading a free software called kaspersky and it did the job within a couple of days. I tried to get on spynomore and contact them to give me a refund. It also specifically says on the site that if their program doesn't remove my virus then i get a full refund, I still haven't received a response from them after about 2 weeks and believe they have ripped me off. I want to report this company and get my money back!!!!

what is a good adware/spyware remover? I recently caught a trojan or virus i believe that keep popping up when im surfing the web.
