Every time I download a "free" spyware remover it says I have to enter a serial number, which requires a paid I am geeting tons of popups and who knows what other crap slowing my computer down after I downloaded limewire> I uninstalled limewire, but the spyware not go away. Now I am trying to remove the spyware, and somebody said Spybot was a free spyware remover, but I downloaded spybot and it said I had to register and get a serial number, which required payment. I also tried Stopzilla, but I got the same thing--needed to register in order for it to remove my spyware. So does anyone know of any programs that will actually remove your spyware free of charge with no paid registration required? If so what is the name of the program, and/or can you give me a link to a page to download it?

Is there a free ad/spyware remover I can download to get rid of 'Winweb Security'? I was doing a search for movie sites, and this phony security bit called 'Winweb Security' jumped on board, if you will. It stays in the tray at the bottom right of my screen. I can't right click on it, but it accepts all left clicks (and eagerly displays messages saying I must purchase 'Winweb Security' spyware remover to free myself of this nightmare). I have now downloaded three spyware remover programs, but this backdoor monster (Winweb Security) still can't even be tracked. What 'Winweb Security' does (I believe) is it spits out different viruses on my computer. Then about every 10 minutes, it will pop up different kinds of warnings saying my computer is [on its way to being fried hardware] due to this and that kind of virus or whatever. (Nice; it just did it.) The only choice 'Winweb Security' gives me is to use a credit card to purchase their own spyware remover (not happening). Talk about a bully virus distributor. AVG,Spybot, and SUPERAntiSpyware together can't track this 'Winweb Security' monster. Are there any free downloads out there that can track, drag out, and assassinate this program? Any help from you computer gazers (... or geeks) out there would be appreciated.
